HOW TO BE HAPPY

  
                           


Your mood can change in an instant,then your whole day will be affected.Whether  you had an argument with your mum or you just got out of the wrong side of bed !

If your having a bad day you can change that :You need to get some positive vibes going.Once you feel good inside you'll change your perspective on everything.

If your feeling down or having a bad day try one of these :

1. Listen  to music - Make  a  playlist on your iPod or spotify that you can go to and don't  be scared to sing along and having a boogie. Taylor swifts 'shakeit off' is a perfect uplifting song warning :you will have the lyrics in your head all day :) 

2. Watch something - your all time favorite movie or a youtuber you like,it can be as silly as you like as long as it makes you laugh.

3. Take a shower or bath - Have a bit of time  out from the world and unwind in a hit bubble bath.For those ten minutes the world doesn't matter YOU DO !

4. Go outside - Doing some light exercise or going for a walk will make a huge difference.Exercise  produces the feel good hormone,your blood will be flowing and your heart pumping and you'll feel good about yourself .Now  we're coming into autumn it's a great time for walks as you can warp up warm and take a stroll though parks watching everything unwind.

                                       
I love this quote because it's honest and completely true.We all have aspirations and dreams that we think are out of our reach,but if we act upon them instead or just dreaming we will be steps closer towards being the Happiest !


5. No social media - Turn  off your  phone and shutdown your laptop,take some time out and stop comparing yourself and life to others as your PERFECT the way you are.

6. Write  down your thoughts - Jot down what's bothering you and how you can improve the situation,this will help to clear your mind.

7. Talk - We all get sucked into social media but you need time for yourself and to spend with your family  and friends.Go out for a coffee and catch up with your friends you can unwind all your troubles away and have a natter.

8. Cuddle  - When  I'm down I love having hugs and my dog is great when I'm sad as he is so cute and soft and just uplifts my mood.As strange  as that sounds it's true  and he makes me feel a little better !

Life really is short and we need to be doing what we love with those we love.

This is harder than it seems but try to be optimistic and your will have a completely different outlook on everything 

Say YES more.If you get invited out but are really not in the mood just go when you'll get theirs you'll problem feel 100% better and proud in yourself for going.

Stop comparing yourself to others -This is extremely had  and something that We're  all Guilty of but if we focus more on our life's and start to appreciate what we've got life will be great.
